sugar and spice and everything nice

When thinking of a title for this post I thought this was very fitting since this family is one of the sweetest, kindest, nicest families you will ever meet. This family allowed me to take their pictures two years ago when I was just starting out as as photographer and needed some families to practice on, you can view those photos here. It was fun to fast forward two years and now be a more confident photographer who produces better pictures than I did back then. Here is a little peak into our photo shoot. 6 month baby pics

I have so enjoyed seeing this baby each month since he was just two months old. Mom and dad want pictures every month during his first year so it has been my joy to see him each month. Here he is already 6 months old. We met at the Botanical Gardens to do these pictures. He was all smiles for this photo shoot!

a photo shoot with my very own...

KIDS! I realized that it's been a long while since I got some pics of our three kids together. So during an impromptu visit to Mesa Arts Center, I brought my camera along and took a few pics of the kids. It made me realize yet again that our three kids are the hardest of all my clients to get good pictures of. Why is that? I really don't know but at least I got a few keepers.
