As you can see I haven't posted any pictures to KandidsbyKorri in quite some time. After an incredibly busy 2012 Fall season that carried itself all the way into the spring of 2013; I had to make the hard decision to cut back on my photography for a time so I could be more focused on my busy family. Plus, summer isn't a good time to take photos here in Arizona, so I packed up my camera for a time and then this past weekend I got to take pictures of this beautiful family. This was my son's preschool teacher (who taught him preschool back when he was 3, he is now 15) and she was having her extended family in town for Thanksgiving and she really wanted to do family pictures with them. I have come to be very fond of her family and I'm so glad I said yes to this one. The love this family shares for one another is a beautiful thing.

During my time off I've also enjoyed taking pictures of this little boy. I met this darling family over two years ago when they had their first son. They hired me to do his pictures every month for the first year. When their second son came along, they asked me if I would be willing to do the same with him. This family has since become dear to me so I said yes. We just did his 6 month photos last week. There is something so sweet watching a family grow from the pregnant belly to a family of four.

I've got two more photo shoots scheduled for this month and then we will wait and see what the New Year holds for KandidsbyKorri!

So many of my clients lately have come from referrals from past customers. I've been keeping so busy this spring with photo shoots because of it. The popular spot lately seems to be Tempe Beach Park and I do enjoy taking photos there. I met this family there over the weekend and we enjoyed the many different looks of TBP. It was another fun photo shoot!

 One of the daughters came up with this idea and wanted me to give it a try.

Maternity photos

I love the pregnant belly. I find so much beauty in it and am always excited about photographing a swollen belly. Yesterday, I had so much fun photographing this wonderful family. Due to the intimacy of the pregnant belly and to protect my clients privacy, I'm not including any pictures of this couples faces. Here are a few of my favorites!

Spring family photos

Spring time is a perfect time for photos. The weather is warm, not hot. The sky is crisp blue, the flowers are blooming, and it's simply gorgeous. I met this family at SCA for their photo shoot last weekend. It was a beautiful day to photograph this beautiful family!

1st B'Day pics

I met this darling family at SCA last weekend to photograph their ADORABLE 1 year old baby girl. I loved all the faces she made for the camera. She was just precious!

B & B engagement photos

This lovely couple asked me to take their engagement photos. I of course said yes, who wouldn't want to take pics of this nice looking couple. It's always fun to photograph beautiful people. Of course all my clients are beautiful, this couple just knocked beauty out of the park (specifically Tempe Beach Park where we did their photos). Every time I have a photo shoot at this location I'm always happy with how the pics turn out. So here they are, a few of my favs.
